I’ve done a lot of research to ensure that the packaging has as low an impact on the planet as possible:
1. The transparent sleeve and sticker at the back are NOT plastic, they’re made from sustainable and annually renewable vegetable starch which is derived from an annually renewable crop. So they are biodegradable and compostable.
2. The cardboard envelope and corrugated cardboard sheet, which is there to ensure your print will reach you nice and flat, are both recyclable.
3. The Thank You card is printed recycled paper.

Returns, exchanges & cancellations
I accept returns
Contact me within 14 days of delivery. You’ll then have another 14 days to return the item. The refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned item.
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. The buyer is responsible for returning the item to me in a resellable condition. The seal on the compostable bag must not have been opened in order for me to accept the return.

Shipping methods
All items are shipped from the United Kingdom through Royal Mail.
Custom costs
The international custom costs are assumed by the buyer. There are no custom costs within the UK.
EU customer:
Because of Brexit ︎, you may have to pay Import VAT once the parcel has reached your country. This will typically be collected by the courier, who will also generally hold the parcel until payment is made.
