Remember Who Made Them
In 2020, the middle of the pandemic, the blatant inequalities of the fashion industry became more exposed than ever. Remember Who Made Them (RWMT) was created to amplify the messages of existing campaigns, activists and workers unions, to show global solidarity with the people making our clothes and to ensure companies who had profited took responsibility to support them.
RWMT is a six part podcast series, digital campaign and fundraiser that aims to help energise a new solidarity economy in fashion. I was extremely happy to volunteer my illustration skills for them.
The illustrations were used as the podcast cover and throughout the campaign on their Instagram page to raise awareness and amplify the voices of garment workers.
